Off-Road Use Only:
All products sold by The Roll Cage Company are intended exclusively for off-road use ONLY. These products are not intended to meet the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications or DOT, state, city, or county regulations. As such, the buyer acknowledges that installing these products may make the vehicle illegal to operate on public roads.

Installation & Performance:
The Roll Cage Company makes no guarantees regarding the performance, safety, or quality of its products, regardless of whether installation is performed by The Roll Cage Company or the buyer. The buyer acknowledges that product installation may void the vehicle’s original manufacturer’s warranty. The company does not guarantee that the product will meet the buyer’s specific needs or requirements.

Liability Waiver:
The Roll Cage Company is not liable for any damage, injury, or death resulting from the use or installation of its products, whether the installation is performed by The Roll Cage Company or the buyer/user. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold The Roll Cage Company, its employees, partners, and affiliates harmless from any and all liabilities, and waives any legal claims against the company or its personnel.

Shipping:
The Roll Cage Company is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during shipping. Any issues related to shipping must be addressed directly with the shipping provider or broker.

No Product is Intended to Prevent Injury or Death:
All products and services provided by The Roll Cage Company are not intended to prevent injury or death. The buyer acknowledges that use of these products may expose them to hazards, and by purchasing, they accept full responsibility for such risks.
